What is the white sample lead time? 3–5 days.
How long does it take to receive pricing? Within 24 hours.
What is the lead time for the PPS (Pre-Production Sample)? Normally 5–7 days.
What is the lead time for mass production? 20–45 days depending on the product category. We can shorten the lead time if needed.
Do you have any MOQ requirements? We have no MOQ, as one of our goals is to support newly established brands.
Do you offer design services? Yes. Structural design is one of our core strengths. Clients usually provide a concept, and we develop a structure that meets their needs, ensures production feasibility, and remains cost-efficient.
Is the white sample free? We offer two rounds of white samples for free to new customers. For long-term partners, white samples are always free.
Do you have a sales team in Europe? We can arrange online meetings with our team anytime.
Do you only supply paper packaging? Besides paper packaging, we also help source related items such as fabric pouches, tissue paper, plastic mailing bags, Christmas ornaments, tins, and other gift accessories.
